Infrastructure Recruitment & Talent

The right people behind critical programmes.

PVH identifies and qualifies specialist professionals for infrastructure organisations that need more than CV volume. We start by understanding the programme, the delivery environment and the capability required — then search, assess and present people we believe can genuinely deliver.

01

Every CV should have a reason for being there.

Relevance over volume.

PVH does not measure recruitment by the number of CVs sent. Every candidate we present has been spoken to and assessed against your specific requirement before they reach you.

Personally engaged

We speak with every candidate before presenting them. Nobody is put forward from a database search alone.

Requirement-led

Candidates are assessed against your actual delivery requirement — not a generic checklist or a keyword match.

Focused shortlists

A short list of people we believe warrant your time, rather than a long list for you to filter.

02

Recruitment informed by delivery.

A job title is where the conversation starts, not where it ends.

Infrastructure roles cannot be understood through titles alone. Two roles with the same title can demand very different capability, depending on the programme stage, the delivery environment and who the role answers to.

PVH approaches recruitment from an infrastructure-delivery perspective. That allows a more informed conversation about the capability your programme actually needs — and a more honest assessment of whether a candidate has it.

What a job title doesn't tell you
  • Programme stageMobilisation, peak delivery and close-out call for different people.
  • Delivery environmentLive operational sites, restricted access, shift patterns and safety-critical constraints.
  • InterfacesThe contractors, designers, operators and third parties the role must manage.
  • StakeholdersWho the role answers to — and who it has to bring with it.
  • Commercial pressureThe budget, programme and contractual exposure the role carries.
  • ResponsibilityWhat the person will actually own, decide and be accountable for.
03

From requirement to appointment.

Eight stages — the same discipline on every requirement.
  1. Requirement01BriefYou tell us about the vacancy, resource need or wider delivery challenge.
  2. 02UnderstandWe establish what the role actually requires — beyond the job description.
  3. Selection03SearchTargeted search through professional networks, referrals, direct outreach and PVH's developing talent community.
  4. 04QualifyEvery candidate is personally engaged and assessed against your requirement.
  5. 05ShortlistA focused shortlist of people we believe warrant your consideration.
  6. Appointment06InterviewWe coordinate interviews and gather meaningful feedback from both sides.
  7. 07AppointSupport through offer or contract terms, availability, start date and mobilisation.
  8. 08SupportWe stay engaged after appointment, following up with client and candidate.
Qualification gate

Stage 04 is the gate. Nobody reaches a shortlist without a qualification conversation against your specific requirement — what they have actually delivered, the environments they have worked in, their motivation and their practical availability.

04

Qualified before they reach you.

Context, not just a CV.

A CV shows employment history. It rarely explains why somebody is right for a particular programme requirement.

Each shortlisted candidate is presented with a PVH Candidate Brief: our assessment against your requirement, the evidence behind it, and anything you should know before you interview — including where the fit is not perfect.

  • Assessed against your requirement, not a generic checklist
  • Material considerations stated openly, not left for you to find
  • No CV presented without the candidate's agreement

Specialist requirements differ by sector. PVH searches against the specific programme environment and capability required rather than assuming experience in one infrastructure market automatically transfers to another.

Start with the requirement

Tell us what your programme needs.

Whether you need one specialist appointment, interim capability or support building a wider delivery team, start by briefing PVH on the requirement.

Thank you — your enquiry is with us.

We've received your requirement and will come back to you promptly. If it's urgent, call +44 7828 744534 or email hello@pvhprojectsolutions.com.

Your requirement

A few details are enough to start the conversation. We'll respond with how PVH can support — and, where useful, suggest options you may not have considered.
